Dennis A. Phillip, age 60, of 1385 Irving Circle, Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at TLC Homes in Two Rivers.

Dennis was born on April 1, 1952, in Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph and LaVerne (Watzka) Phillip. He graduated from Reedsville High School in 1971. Dennis worked at Fisher-Hamilton in Two Rivers for 35 years until his retirement. He married the former Margaret Ebenhoe on October 22, 1976, in Kellnersville. Dennis was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers. Milwaukee Bucks and the Milwaukee Brewers. Dennis was a kind and gentle man that loved spending time with his grandchildren and playing cards.

Survivors include his wife: Margaret Phillip, Manitowoc; three sons and one daughter-in-law: Roger (Julia) Phillip, Lake Stevens, WA; David Phillip and his fiancée, Vicki Siebert, Whitelaw; Daniel Phillip, Manitowoc; four grandchildren: Etienne Wilson, Lake Stevens, WA; Maddox Phillip, Lake Stevens, Washington; Ashley Wiltman, Manitowoc; Alanna Phillip, Whitelaw; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Thomas (Susan) Phillip, Hilbert; Kenneth (Linda) Phillip, Manitowoc; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Linda Ebenhoe, Green Bay; Joe (Kitina) Ebenhoe, Orange, CA; Howard Ebenhoe, Manitowoc; Marvin (Millie) Ebenhoe, Manitowoc; Marilyn (Gerry) Neuser, Mishicot; Jane Ebenhoe, Sheboygan; Eddie (Lynn) Ebenhoe, Whitelaw; Ralph (Bonnie) Ebenhoe, Menomonee Falls; Lorraine Ebenhoe, Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph and LaVerne Phillip; one brother: Anthony Phillip; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Edward and Charlotte Ebenhoe; brother-in-law: Ronald Ebenhoe; infant brother-in-law: Roger Ebenhoe and nephew: Christopher Neuser.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at St. Francis of Assisi-Grand Avenue, South 14th and Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. Rev. Daniel Felton will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Gardens in Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday at the Reinbold and Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held by Deacon Rich Bahnaman at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Online condolences may be sent to
